Terms and Conditions

By creating an account or buying a course on Comania Law University, you agree to these Terms. Last updated: October 16, 2026.

1. Who we are

Comania Law University (“we”, “us”) is the online course service of Comania Law Office, Door 201, Catotal Building, McArthur Highway, Matina Crossing, Davao City. You can reach us at hello@comanialaw.com or (082) 293-9566, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. We use the name and email address Google gives us to create your account. You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Courses

Each course page describes what is included: the lessons, the quizzes, and any other material. A course may be updated or improved over time. We may add or remove a lesson, but we will not remove the main content of a course you have paid for during your access period.

4. Prices, coupons and payment

Prices are shown in Philippine pesos. A coupon code lowers the price of the course it applies to, once, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may end a coupon at any time.

You may pay by scanning our QR code with your GCash, Maya or bank app. Your order stays on hold until we confirm that your payment arrived. We confirm payments ourselves, so it can take time. Please pay the exact amount shown and send us your payment reference number. Your access starts only after we confirm your payment.

5. Access period

When we confirm your payment, you get access to the course for 12 months from that date. After that, your access ends unless we extend it in writing. Your access is for you alone.

6. Using the course content

The lessons, quizzes, text and other material belong to us or are used with permission. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, share, sell, record, publish, or give your login to anyone else. You may not use the material to train software or to create a competing course.

7. Fair use of the site

Do not try to break, overload, or get around the security of the site. Do not use another person’s account. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these Terms, and in that case we may refuse a refund.

8. Education only, not legal advice

Our courses are for education. They are not legal advice. Taking a course, passing a quiz, or contacting us does not create a lawyer-client relationship between you and Comania Law Office or any lawyer of the office. If you need advice on your own situation, please consult a lawyer.

9. Quizzes and certificates

Quizzes are marked automatically using the answers we set. We may correct an answer key if we find a mistake. If we offer a certificate, it only confirms that you finished the course. It is not a degree, a license, or proof of any professional qualification.

10. Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy is part of these Terms.

11. Changes and availability

We try to keep the site available, but we do not promise that it will always work without interruption. We may change the site, the courses, or these Terms. If we change the Terms in a major way, we will post the new version here with a new date. Continued use of the site means you accept the new version.

12. Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from your use of, or inability to use, the site or a course, including losses that come from relying on course content. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Please write to us first so we can try to settle any problem. If it cannot be settled, the courts of Davao City have jurisdiction, to the extent the law allows.
