Return and Refund Policy

Our courses are digital. Access starts as soon as we confirm your payment, so we do not give refunds once access is given. Last updated: October 16, 2026.

1. Before access is given

If you paid but we have not yet given you access to the course, you may ask us to cancel the order. We will refund the full amount you paid.

2. After access is given

Once your course is open to you, the sale is final. This applies even if you have not started the lessons, finished the course, or used the whole access period.

3. When we will refund you

We will refund you in these cases:

• You paid more than once for the same course. We refund the extra payment.
• We confirmed your payment but could not give you access, and we could not fix the problem within a reasonable time.

4. Coupons

If you used a coupon, any refund is limited to the amount you actually paid.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email hello@comanialaw.com. Include your name, your order number, and your payment reference number. We will reply within 7 business days. If we approve a refund, we send it to the account you paid from, and we will tell you when it has been sent.

6. Courses we cancel

If we cancel a course before you have started it, we will refund what you paid for it.
